Down at the cross where my Savior died, Down where for cleansing from sin I cried, there to my heart was the blood applied; Glory to His name. Glory to His name, Glory to His name! There to my heart was the blood applied; Glory to His name.

Spirituality in Action
Come, let us adore the Lamb who saved us with his blood.
Last fall, while I was on retreat, I came across a poster that caught my eye. It was a picture of a mother holding her infant and the caption read: “Every human being began in the heart of God.” There is something about the image of a heart that speaks a language all its own. We hear it in such simple phrases such as:
Christ the Victor, Christ the Savior, Christ, Redeemer of us...
Christ, the Song of God, who with His blood has redeemed us, O come, let us adore, O come let us adore.
Blood of Jesus, refresh us. Blood of Jesus redeem us...Blood of Jesus remind us. Blood of Jesus reconcile us.
Blessed Assurance, Jesus is Mine! O what a foretaste of glory divine! Heir of salvation, purchase of God, born of His Spirit, washed in His blood. This is my story, this is my song, Praising my Saviour all the day long; This is my story, this is my song, Praising my Saviour all the day long.
At the Lamb's great feast we sing, Songs of praise to Christ we bring! Christ who washed all sins away, Give us peace and joy that stay. Praise to Christ whose love divine, Gives us new and Saving Wine, Gives us new Food for our Feast, For the greatest and the least!
Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing pow'r? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb? Are you fully trusting his grace this hour? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb? Are you washed in the blood, in the soul-cleansing blood of the Lamb? Are your garments spotless? Are they white as snow? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Opening Song: Where Charity and Love Prevail
(Based on Ubi caritas, 9th cent. Paul Benoit, Omer Westenforf)
Where Charity and love prevail, there God is ever found;
Brought here together by Christ’s love, by love are we thus bound.
With grateful joy and holy fear - God’s charity we learn;
Let us with heart and mind and soul - now love God in return.
Let us recall that in our midst - dwells God’s begotten son;
As members of his body joined, we are in Christ made one.
